Businesses using Emes Invoices may upload or create information relating to their own customers, employees, sales representatives, drivers, vendors, products, and business operations (“Customer Data”).

The business using Emes Invoices generally controls that Customer Data. Emes Invoices processes Customer Data on behalf of the business in order to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of Customer Data.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority to collect, use, and submit Customer Data through Emes Invoices.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• create and manage user accounts;
• process subscriptions and billing;
• provide invoicing, inventory, routing, delivery, payment-recording, reporting, and related functionality;
